Neviem, čo s prebudeným citom

Vyše 30 rokov som vydatá, avšak manželstvo je len formálne. Muž holduje alkoholu, nikdy sa nedokáže so mnou porozprávať ani o tých najbežnejších veciach. Ako manželia už spolu nežijeme najmenej 14 rokov. Nikoho som celé tie roky nemala. Až teraz, na staré kolená (mám 60 rokov), som neodolala a mám intímny vzťah s kolegom. Je v mojom veku a tiež je ženatým čiže žiadne rozbíjanie manželstva, len čistá „chémia“. Spytujem si svedomie, či robím dobre, no na druhej strane môj intímny vzťah s  manželom neexistuje. Asi pred polrokom som zistila, že spomínaný kolega má pomer aj s ďalšou, mladšou (48-ročnou) kolegyňou. Chcela by som zo vzťahu s ním vycúvať, ale je to ťažké. Po rokoch konečne cítim niečo, čo dlho „spalo“. Navyše, on na chce! Ako mám postupovať, čo mám robiť? Prosím, poraďte mi….

cityZ vášho listu vníma hneď niekoľko protikladov, zároveň tiež akoby vnútorný boj medzi tým, čo by ste chceli a čo v skutočnosti máte.

Na jednej strane píšete, že žijete v manželstve, ktoré trvá 30 rokov, je len formálne a bol to pre vás omyl. Na druhej strane ste stretli muža, ktorý vás okúzlil a vzbudil vo vás niečo, čo ste už dlho necítili. Cítite sa s ním dobre, ale zároveň by ste chceli zo vzťahu vycúvať.

Ak by som na to mala ísť postupne, tak si myslím, že vek nezohráva úlohu v tom, ako a či prežívate milostné vzťahy a vzplanutia. Počet prežitých rokov, prípadne aktuálna životná situácia, napríklad manželstvo alebo deti, do nich vstupujú len ako externé faktory. Povedala by som, že je prirodzenou súčasťou každého z nás vnímať vlastnú sexualitu ako súčasť seba, v rôznych etapách života a v rôznej intenzite. Rozumiem tiež tomu, že mimomanželský milostný pomer vám môže dávať niečo, čo vám nedáva váš manžel, prípadne manželstvo a v súčasnosti to prežívate ako isté znovuprebudenie svojej sexuality, ktorej sa prirodzene nechcete vzdať.

Príde mi však škoda, že, ako sama píšete, sa neviete s manželom na tému svojho spolužitia otvorene porozprávať aj napriek tomu, že vo vzťahu zotrvávate. Vyvstáva potom otázka, do akej miery je zmysluplné zostávať vo vzťahu, ktorý vás nenapĺňa a hľadá potešenie mimo neho. Možno by bolo fajn, kedy ste našli odpoveď na otázku, čo je pre vás dôležité a prvoradé. Predpokladám, že z nejakého dôvodu v manželstve zotrvávate, aj keď je z vášho pohľadu nefunkčné a len formálne. Je dôležité si ujasniť, čo by ste vy sama chceli, čo je pre vás dôležité. Vnímam však aj to, že je vám v mileneckom vzťahu dobre, avšak je tu ďalšia najmenej jedna žena a rada by ste z tohto vycúvali. Stojíte akoby v strede cesty a neviete, ktorý smer si vybrať.

V prípade, že je pre vás najdôležitejšie prežívať znovuobjavenú sexualitu, potom je tu ešte jedna „malá komplikácia“ a tou je váš manželský zväzok.

Aj v nefunkčnom vzťahu je možné veci meniť, pokiaľ obaja partneri chcú a niečo – čas a námahu, do toho investujú, rovnako je tiež možné znovuprežívať vlastnú sexualitu aj tam, kde akoby dlho nebola. Za predpokladu, že je však váš vzťah naozaj len o spolužití a nie súžití, je fajn zamyslieť sa, ako a či vôbec chcete túto situáciu riešiť.

Najlepšie je začať od seba. Chcete naďalej žiť vo vzťahu, ktorý vás nenapĺňa? Chcete, aby vaše manželstvo bolo iné, prípadne z neho chcete odísť? Alebo len chcete prežívať to príjemné, čo vám v súčasnosti život prináša, bezbolestne a nemusieť riešiť veci okolo?

Odpovede na tieto otázky by vás mohli navigovať ku správnemu rozhodnutiu, pretože na viacerých stoličkách sa zväčša dlho sedieť nedá. Takáto situácia navyše môže rovnako prispievať k prehlbovaniu neporozumenia v manželstve.

Aj nefunkčnému manželstvu možno efektívne pomôcť, napríklad párovou terapiou. Takáto liečba ma však význam len vtedy, ak obaja partneri majú rovnaký záujem a tým je skvalitniť vzájomné spolužitie.
